Terrific team. Work together like a pit crew. Professional and pleasant. They know what they are doing. Their communications with the customer is excellent. They take time to explain everything,  make sure the accompanying app is working and answer any questions.  I'm confident they back up their word if any follow-up work may be required (I don't think this will be necessary,  but just in case). I'm a tough critic. Evan and his team of merry men arrived on schedule as promised, set right to work with our revised installation configuration and executed the job in fine fashion and in short order.  Then, instead of bolting, they hung around long enough for me to download the App, program the Charger, and plug it into my new EV to verify that all systems functioned as expected.  Customer service at its best.  As the installation was underway, there was continuous attention to detail, right down to gathering debris and refuse associated with the work and disposing of it properly.  There is no better evidence of the quality of work than the effective communication and the final cleaning, and this was exceptional.   Thanks.  …Down the road 16 months, when the original charger became dysfunctional, we reached out to Acura and they arranged for EV Power Solutions to install a replacement for free! EV Power Solutions is an excellent company. Evan, the owner, quickly responded to my phone inquiries, answered my questions, patiently waited while I took time to decide whether to do install an EV charger and who to go with, and quickly worked me into the schedule when I decided on EV Power Solutions. Ryan, the operations manager, handled all the coordination efforts, such as tweaking the schedule, coordinating the installation crew, accompanying the crew to the worksite to oversee and take part in the EV charger installation, applying for the county permit, arranging for the county inspection (all I had to do was be at home when the inspector showed up), providing easy instructions for applying for rebates and tax credits offered by the federal and state governments, and providing easy instructions for applying for electricity discounts offered by the power company.  The crew arrived on time, quickly and correctly installed the EV charger. The installation passed inspection without a hitch; the inspector commented that EV Power Solutions does good quality work.
